Made up of parent volunteers who utilise their skill sets to manage and oversee the general operation of the preschool

Our Committee of Management is made up of parent volunteers who utilise their skill sets to manage and oversee the general operation of the preschool. Their support, input and active participation in the operation of the kinder is invaluable and enables us to deliver exceptional programs to our preschoolers.

The committee meets once per month and is responsible for:

  • staff selection and appointment
  • creating and maintaining policies
  • promoting the kinder
  • seeking grants to fund new projects
  • financial matters
  • maintenance of the property
  • adhering to OH&S requirements
  • implementing IT systems; and
  • fundraising.

Committee members are nominated at the Annual General Meeting held in November each year.
